Every Classic mantel is manufactured to order at our West Sussex factory by local, skilled craftsmen. Each marble surround is made from the finest genuine or conglomerate marbles and can be altered to suit individual requirements.

Every Classic mantel is manufactured to order at our West Sussex factory by local, skilled craftsmen. Each stone surround is made from the finest Portuguese Limestone and can be altered to suit individual requirements. Alternatively we offer a bespoke service to create a unique look.
All available as standard designs, we are also able to produce customised variations of any mantels in the collection. From a simple variation with an alternative finish, whether stain or painted to additional decoration.

All Elite fireplaces are produced from solid blocks of the finest quality Bath Stone, formed around 165 million years ago and considered by architects and designers to be the most beautiful of England’s limestones.
Our stone is light and creamy in colour and wonderfully consistent, yet the subtle variations derived from small fossils, shells, particles of quartz, and occasional fine veins, enhance the natural qualities of the stone, making each fireplace truly unique. This is not possible with man made imitations, or reconstituted stone.
A large percentage of our work is bespoke fireplaces. We can produce items to customers own drawings or designs etc. So between our team of highly skilled workers and state of the art C.N.C. machinery we can produce the ideal fireplace for you.
Stone has been a traditional mantel material since medieval times and marble has been used for over 300 years.
Each stone mantel is unique with naturally occurring veining, subtle tonal differences and even small fossils may be found in the limestone.
The Cavendish Bolection mantel is an authentic period fireplace design. Versions are available made from either limestone or antique white marble, with hand-finished craftsmanship providing exceptional elegance.
