My life has been transformed! At the end of October 09, I had a Clearview Stove installed in my lounge-diner and its absolutely fantastic!

Because of my Clearview stove, my cold house has been turned into a lovely warm cosy home. The difference it has made to me is enormous – my evenings at home are now a pure joy. I know it sounds like a corny advert, but believe me it really is true!

As for Exeter Stoves, they really are the best! Being a ‘lady of a certain age’ who lives alone, I was a little anxious about having a stove installed, but Angie, Richard and John always put my mind at rest explaining in detail (more than once!) I cannot praise them enough; they were so helpful in every way.

The team that actually installed the stove were truly superb, so quick and clean, plus being the perfect gentlemen, and again, nothing was too much trouble. They completed the installation in the stated time, my house was spotless when they left and my newly installed stove perfect.

I hope this note goes someway to helping you make the right decision about getting a stove – you will never look back!

Just a few lines to express our thanks for the new stove system recently installed. A fantastic experience from start to finish! As soon as we walked through the door the help and advice we received was first class.

Having an existing chimney we were worried that the cost of having a new flu would be prohibitive but were pleasantly surprised at the cost.  On advice given we chose the Clearview Pioneer 400 with a beautiful riven slate bed for the hearth.  The lads who fitted it were brilliant, extremely professional and an excellent job all round. The whole fireplace has been transformed into the proud centrepiece of the whole house! We could not be more pleased and will be recommending Exeter Stoves to all our friends and family (and any random strangers who are willing to listen!).

Most impressive was the way you went about fitting the stove, obviously knew exactly what you were doing, and how to set about doing it, everything worked first time, and the end results speak for themselves. All in all, a completely satisfactory transaction from our side, my only regret is that my wife had to nagg, most efficiently, for twelve years before I succumbed and agreed to get this fitted, I freely admit that she was dead right, and we should have come to see you years ago. We shall, of course, point any of our friends your way should they wish to have a stove.

We just wanted to say how pleased we are with the service you gave us. The stove was fitted at the scheduled time and at the agreed cost and it performs really well. All too often these days, things go wrong and it was wonderful to see that sometimes everything goes right!
