Leaf Stoves produces a range of efficient, Eco-Design 2022-compliant stoves that are designed for ease of use. Over 95% of the company's purchased components are sourced from British suppliers. The steel is supplied by TATA in South Wales, the castings are produced by Thomas Dudley in the West Midlands, and even the high-temperature, heat-resistant paint is manufactured in Greater Manchester.
Within its factory, Leaf Stoves manages the entire production process, including laser cutting, folding, welding, fettling, shot blasting, and painting the steel. Each stove is then assembled, subjected to rigorous final quality assurance checks, and carefully packed before being dispatched to a network of premium retailers.
